The minimum deposit at Okadabet is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Okadabet wallet immediately for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within minutes; PESONet may take up to one business day. Okadabet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Okadabet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit. Deposits made via methods not registered to the account holder may be refused or returned.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 15minutes. InstaPay bank transfers usually complete within one hour. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. Okadabet does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as anti-money laundering measure. Okadabet reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
Important: Bonus balance and real-balance funds are tracked separately. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Your real money balance, including withdrawal-eligible winings, is always accessible independently of bonus status.

Okadabet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, due to a technical malfunction, or where it is reasonably determined that the outcome was not determined by the standard game mechanics. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
Minimum and Maximum Bets: Every game and table at Okadabet displays its minimum and maximum bet limits before you join. Okadabet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players operating at or near maximum bet limits on multiple games may be requested to verify identity before continued play.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at Okadabet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or tamper with any part of the Okadabet platform, including game outcomes, RNG systems, or account balances.
- Coluding with other players at multiplayer game tables to gain an unfair advantage — including at Pusoy, Casino Hold'em, or any live multiplayer format.
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or any other promotions intended for single use per player.
- Using Okadabet accounts for money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant Philippine financial authorities as required by law.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds without express written authorisation from Okadabet support.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, dealers, or Okadabet staff through any communication channel.
Zero tolerance: Okadabet takes prohibited conduct seriously. Any account found to be in violation of these rules will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted. Confirmed violations result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all balances without recourse.
8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use of Okadabet's intellectual property — including using the brand name, logo, or platform content in ways not authorised by Okadabet — may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
Okadabet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent, uninterrupted service, Okadabet does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical interruption.
Okadabet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, winings, data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from: platform downtime, technical errors, your failure to secure your account credentials, force majeure events, or changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the platform's operation.
In all cases, Okadabet's maximum liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident. Nothing in these Terms limits Okadabet's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Gaming Risk: All gambling involves financial risk. Okadabet is entertainment, not a source of income. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Okadabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- Request by the account holder for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- Legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.
If your account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
You may close your Okadabet account at any time by contacting support at support@okadabet.best. Account closure requests are processed within 72 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method during the closure process.
